Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted. All products are final sale. Items are non-returnable due to potential safety risk associated with this ingestible product type, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, If you have any issues you may reach out to us to be considered for a refund or replacement. To initiate the process, please contact Customer Support at contact@vitramax.com and inform us of your intention to receive a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
What if my return is late or not refunded?
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vitramax.com.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at contact@vitramax.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Because orders are processed so quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it's been processed.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer several US domestic shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (4-7 business days).
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days).
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is determined by your chosen shipping method during checkout and the total weight of your order. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49. Express Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What are the fulfillment timelines?
Most orders are fulfilled/dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. After the order is fulfilled, the product is sent out for delivery. The warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.
What notifications will I receive about my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email containing all relevant details such as your order number, shipping address, billing address, and a comprehensive list of the products and flavors selected. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email. This email includes your tracking information and instructions for order tracking.
